Subscription offers open to new subscribers only. Direct Debit is available to UK subscribers only. Please allow up to six weeks for delivery of your first subscription issue (up to eight weeks overseas). All prices are discounted from the full subscription rate advertised in each title, include P&P and are correct at time of going to press.

If the subscription offer includes a free gift or a welcome gift, this gift is subject to availability and will be delivered separately within 28 days after your first payment has been taken. Future Publishing Limited reserves the right to supply an alternative gift of the same or higher value. In some cases, if a subscription offer includes a gift with a limited number available, no further gifts will be offered to those subscriptions received after the limited has been exceeded. Gifts only available to subscribers on the UK mainland. Free gifts are not applicable to digital-only subscriptions, unless otherwise stated. Welcome gifts are only provided on selected promotions for Future Publishing Limited magazines with the following exceptions: TV Times, TV&Satellite Week, Woman&s Weekly, Woman&s Own, Woman, Now and Wallpaper*.
If you bought a gift subscription, any free gifts will be delivered to the purchaser.

Your subscription contract will be fulfilled by Future Publishing Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under registered number 02008885 whose registered office is at Future Publishing Limited, Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA, together with its agents and sub-contractors.

If placing your order on-line when you click "Submit Order" you will either be directed to a noticepage or receive an email (if you have supplied your email address) acknowledging that your order has been received successfully and is being processed, the contract between the purchaser and Future Publishing Limited is not formed at this point. A legally binding contract is formed on the date we send you confirmation of your order with your subscription account number and payment has been taken.

You will receive this confirmation within 14 days by post, or by email within 72 hours if you supplied an email address.

If the magazine ordered changes frequency per annum, we will honour the number of issues paid for, not the term of the subscription.

If you have ordered a subscription for someone else a gift card will be sent to you to pass on to the gift recipient. Once you‘ve placed your gift order, you'll receive a postal acknowledgement within 14 days or an email acknowledgement within 72 hours (if you gave us your email address). Please allow up to eight weeks for delivery of the first subscription issue for both UK and Overseas orders.

We reserve the right not to fulfil and to cancel orders:

• In the event of obvious inaccuracies in prices, except that we may fulfil your order at the correct price;

• If we are unable to obtain payment authorisation from the issuer of your payment card

We will deliver the magazines to the address you notify to us when you place your orders. You agree that we will not be responsible for failure to deliver the magazines if you have supplied us with an incorrect address. We reserve the right to dispose of incorrectly addressed envelopes and their contents without an obligation to refund you or any other person if they are returned to us and despite efforts to contact you we do not receive correct address details.

We will not be liable to you for any delay in delivery or non-delivery of magazines in the following circumstances:

• Where the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us;

• Where such delay or failure is due to circumstances beyond our control or the control of our sub–contractors and agents, including but not restricted to war, electricity power failure, utilities failure, failure of telecommunications links, failure of transport infrastructure, fire, flood, government act, act of God, legislative constraints, strikes, labour disputes or malicious damage involving employees.

Our liability to you in the event of magazines being lost in despatch shall at our discretion, be limited either to replacement of the missing issues or refund of the cost of the missing issues, to the extent permitted by law we exclude all other liability to you. Our exclusions of liability shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of any of our employees or agents. These Terms and Conditions do not and shall not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Unless selected, Print subscriptions start with the next available issue. During the purchase process, we offer customers the chance to select a start issue for their subscription orders at no extra cost. We will endeavour to meet this request but we cannot guarantee this will be successful in every circumstance. In the event that we cannot fulfil your requested start issue, we will begin your subscription with the subsequent issue. Whatever happens, you will always receive the number of issues for which you have paid.

For some magazines, it is possible to purchase combined print and digital subscriptions at a discount on the cost of purchasing individual subscriptions. Without exception this discount is always applied to the digital element; the value of the print subscription is unchanged.

Print and digital subscription 'bundles' are only valid for the duration of your print subscription. It is not possible to cancel or suspend a print subscription and still retain the discount on the digital subscription. If you wish to cancel either the print or digital element of your subscription, please contact our customer service team on +44(0) 330 333 9490.

New customers are entitled to digital access to the current issue of the same magazine free of charge as a goodwill gesture while they wait for the paid subscription to begin. Access cannot be transferred to another magazine or another issue of the same magazine and we reserve the right to remove this offer at any time. We will endeavour to make the free download the same issue that is currently available in the shops but make no guarantees as publishing and operational schedules can change at short notice. Downloads are available via dedicated iOS apps or to other devices via our digital fulfilment partner, Pocketmags. There is no cash value to this offer and no refunds or alternative compensation will be offered in the event that you are unable to download the issue. This offer is only available to customers who have placed their order online.

Where a minimum term of 12 months is advertised, cancellations are not permitted until the end of this initial period and we will not issue you a refund. Should you wish to cancel after the minimum term, please contact our customer care team.

For all other subscriptions or after the minimum term of your subscription, you may cancel your subscription contract at any time by notifying our customer services team where we will refund you the cost of the issues not yet issued to you at the time you notify us of your wish to cancel. Future Publishing Limited may cancel a subscription and provide a pro rata refund if it ceases to publish the relevant title for any reason. Magazine subscription prices vary from time to time and any difference in price cannot be released as a cash payment.

This Guarantee is offered by all banks and building societies that accept instructions to pay by continuous credit card (auto-renew).

If there are any changes to the amount, date or frequency of your card payment we will notify you 3 working days in advance of your account being debited or as otherwise agreed. If you request us to collect a payment, confirmation of the amount and date will be given to you at the time of the request.

If an error is made in the payment of your card payment by us or your bank or building society, you are entitled to a full and immediate refund of the amount paid from your bank or building society.

If you receive a refund you are not entitled to, you must pay it back when we ask you to.

You can cancel at any time by simply contacting your bank or building society. Written confirmation may be required. Please also notify us.

Prices displayed on the subscriptions section of the website will prevail at all times in relation to orders placed on-line. Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). You either make a one-off payment for a one or two year subscription or make ongoing direct debit payments for any other subscription term.

If you make ongoing direct debit payments we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.

Although we try to ensure that all prices are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of your order, we will inform you as soon as possible. You will have the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. We will refund you in full if you cancel the order and have already paid.

If you are under 18 or are not using your own credit/debit card to pay for the subscription, you must ask the permission of the credit/debit card holder before entering the payment details. By clicking "Submit" you are confirming that you have obtained the express prior permission of the credit/debit card holder.

• Cashback is only available on titles published by Future Publishing Limited. For a list of magazines, please see our corporate website.

• Cashback not available on single issue sales and digital only subscriptions.

• Cashback is for print subscriptions only.

• Transactions using voucher codes are not eligible for cashback.

• Cashback may only be paid on the net value excluding VAT, all other taxes, surcharges and any additional costs such as delivery.

• Cashback will remain at pending status for a minimum of 3 months, in order to ensure that subscriptions are not cancelled.

• Cashback is only available on genuine, tracked transactions completed immediately and wholly online.

If any of our magazines are put on sale in the UK which contain a covermount gift or supplement you are not entitled as a subscriber to receive these covermounts or supplements. Occasionally some subscriber copies may be sent with covermounts and supplements included, however this is the exception rather than the rule. If you wish to guarantee your receipt of any covermount you should purchase an additional copy of the magazine from your local retailer. Digital only subscriptions will not receive supplements or covermounts.

Magazines delivered to overseas addresses shall not contain covermount gifts or supplements.

Prize Draw and Competition Rules All prize draws and competitions which are associated with our magazine subscription offers are subject to separate terms and conditions. For the avoidance of doubt, such prize draws and competitions are only open to you if you are able to supply us with a billing address in the UK.

We use the personal and transactional information (e.g. name, address, e-mail address, credit card details) ("Personal Information") you supply to us in order to fulfil your subscription order. On the online order form we will ask you about receiving details of our products and services and/or those of third parties which may be of interest to you. You should tick the relevant boxes to indicate whether or not you wish to receive such information.

Unless a member of our staff has been fraudulent or negligent, we will not be liable to you for any losses you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access by a third party to the information (including in particular credit/debit card details) you transmit when you place an order. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your own credit/debit card details to avoid unauthorised use.

Prices quoted on screen include delivery charges and taxes (where applicable). We will store your credit card information for future purchases. If you pay through our automatic renewal service (either by Direct Debit or Credit Card) we reserve the right to increase our prices at any time after the first year of your subscription has elapsed and will notify you in writing with 10 days notice of any such price increase.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law. You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts notwithstanding the jurisdiction where you are based. From time to time, Future Publishing Limited will promote discounts across its portfolio at various points during the year. These discounts only apply to the print version of the magazine, all digital and bundle versions are excluded. For a list of our full prices, please see the 'basic annual rates' (BAR) quoted at the bottom of the page.

Giftdirect subscriptions must be redeemed within 6 months of the purchase date.

Payment for giftdirect orders will be taken immediately not when the recipient completes the order process by providing a delivery address. In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details then payment will be held indefinitely.

In the event that a giftdirect recipient does not provide delivery address details, refunds will be made available to the donor upon request.

Future Publishing Limited cannot be held responsible for any delays with the redemption of a giftdirect order if the donor provides incorrect email or sms details.

The first issue of a giftdirect magazine subscription will be delivered to the recipient within 6-8 weeks of the recipient providing their delivery address details.

Discount voucher codes can only be used online at www.magazinesdirect.com subject to the following general terms and conditions and any other specific conditions notified to you on the issue of a discount voucher code. To use your discount voucher code you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout during the purchase process. This will also confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions.

• Unique voucher codes are valid for single use only and may not be used in conjunction with any other special offer or discount voucher code.

• If there is more than one product in the basket, the discount will be split and applied evenly to each product.

3. Ownership of Intellectual Property Rights
   1. Notwithstanding the limited rights granted to you in accordance with Clause 2, Future Publishing Limited, or Future Publishing Limited's suppliers, subcontractors and agents (collectively 'Future Publishing Limited Contractors') (as applicable) shall retain all ownership, title and interest in the intellectual property rights contained in the Future Publishing Limited Material (including but not limited to copyright, database rights, trade marks, patents, service marks, design rights (whether registerable or otherwise) know-how, trade or business names, domain names, goodwill associated with any of the foregoing and other similar rights or obligations whether registerable or not in any jurisdiction in the world ('Intellectual Property Rights').

4. Duration of User Terms and Termination
   1. These User Terms are binding upon you immediately. You accept them by your use of this Web Site, and they will remain in force until the earlier of the following:
      1. You breach any of the terms of the licence granted to you in accordance with Clause 2;
      2. Future Publishing Limited terminates these User Terms by notice to you at any time in accordance with Clause 9.2; or
      3. You terminate these User Terms by notice to Future Publishing Limited at any time in accordance with Clause 9.1.
   2. In the event that these User Terms are terminated for any of the reasons stated above you agree to comply with the following obligations:
      1. The licence granted to you in accordance with Clause 2 shall be terminated forthwith and you shall have no further rights to use the Future Publishing Limited Material;
      2. You must delete or destroy any of the Future Publishing Limited Material stored by you in electronic or hard copy form as soon as reasonably practicable; and
      3. You will have no further rights to access or use the Web Site or the Web Site Services.
5. Future Publishing Limited's Responsibilities
   1. Future Publishing Limited undertakes to use commercially reasonable endeavours to prevent breaches of security of the Web Site.
   2. Future Publishing Limited makes no representation or warranty that the Web Site or services offered via the Web Site ('Web Site Services') will be accessible, or useable by you or error free.
   3. You agree to indemnify Future Publishing Limited against any claims, costs, expenses or legal proceedings caused as a result of your use of the Web Site or Web Site Services in contravention of Clauses 6.1 and 6.2, further in these circumstances, Future Publishing Limited shall be entitled to treat the contravention as a material breach of these User Terms and terminate the User Terms and any access permission granted to you by Future Publishing Limited forthwith, without notice to you.
7. Consent to Use Your Personal Information
   1. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you acknowledge that in the course of registering and using this Web Site and the Web Site Services, certain personal information or data about you will be captured electronically or otherwise and transmitted to Future Publishing Limited and/or Future Publishing Limited Contractors. By accepting these User Terms, you expressly agree to transfer such personal information or data to Future Publishing Limited or Future Publishing Limited Contractors to use, store and process the personal information for the purposes of providing the services offered on this Web Site, or any other connected Future Publishing Limited Web Sites.
   2. For the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998, you further agree that Future Publishing Limited or an Future Publishing Limited Contractor involved in the provision of the services offered via this Web Site, may send your personal data outside of the European Economic Area for processing.
   3. You may revoke the consents given above in Clauses 7.1 and 7.2 by giving notice to Future Publishing Limited in accordance with Clause 9.1, but in those circumstances you must exit the Web Site and will have no further rights to access the Web Site or use the Web Site Services.

8. Limitation of Liability
   1. Future Publishing Limited does not limit its liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of the negligence of Future Publishing Limited, its employees, or Future Publishing Limited Contractors, and the remainder of this Clause 8 shall not apply to such liability.
   2. To the extent that Future Publishing Limited is deemed by a court of competent jurisdiction to have any liability to you in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise in relation to this Web Site or the Web Site Services, Future Publishing Limited's entire liability shall be limited to £1,000 for any one incident or series of related incidents and up to £2,000 for all incidents in any period of 12 months.
   3. Future Publishing Limited shall not be liable to you in contract, tort, negligence (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise for:
      1. Any economic loss, (including without limitation, loss of revenue, business, contracts, profits or anticipated savings);

      4. Any special, indirect or consequential loss.
   4. The express terms of these User Terms are in lieu of all warranties, conditions, undertakings, terms, and obligations implied by statute, common law, usage, course of dealing or otherwise, all of which are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
   5. The Web Site may contain links to third party web sites which are controlled and operated by parties other than Future Publishing Limited. The links will let you leave the Web Site and Future Publishing Limited is not responsible for the contents of any linked site or any link contained in a linked site. The inclusion of any link on the Web Site does not imply endorsement by Future Publishing Limited of the linked site. If you decide to access linked third party web sites, you do so at your own risk.
9. Notices
   1. Such notices will be effective within 3 days of receipt by Future Publishing Limited.

Future Publishing Limited may send you notice by general notice on this Web Site, by e-mail to your e-mail address on record with Future Publishing Limited, or by post to the geographical address on record with Future Publishing Limited. Such notice will be effective if sent by e-mail or posted on the Web Site, 1 day from the date it was sent or posted on the Web Site. If sent by regular post, it will be effective 3 days after posting by Future Publishing Limited.
10. General
    1.
